This is a new construction project for a senior residence, where Sanitas will be the operator. The project is located in one of the most promising neighborhoods in Valencia, on a 2,851 m² plot with a buildable area of 5,027.88 m².
The new building is structured as a “U”-shaped volume with an open courtyard and three floors plus a basement. The residence will have a total built area of 6,570.77 m² for 132 residents, with a mix of individual and double rooms. It will also feature a specialized wing for Alzheimer’s patients and its own cognitive courtyard.
The contracted scope includes the audit and value engineering of the project, the supervision and control of the achievement of cost, time, and quality objectives set during construction, as well as the comprehensive management of the project during its execution phase until its opening.
