The new senior residence consists of a total of 171 rooms and 195 beds in various types.
The building is made up of two linear blocks in an “L” shape, joined at one of their corners. The two volumes share the same basement floor, which houses the parking lot and the residence’s services.
On the ground floor, one of the two wings is almost entirely porticoed, while the rest is designated for access and services.
From the first to the fifth floor, they form the typical floor plan, containing the majority of the rooms and common areas. The project has two vertical cores with staircases and two separate cores with elevators distributed across the floor to serve the two blocks.
The contracted scope includes the audit and value engineering of the project, the supervision and control of the achievement of cost, time, and quality objectives set during construction, as well as the comprehensive management of the project during its execution phase until its opening.
