The project is located on plot No. 2 of the Santa Juliana Partial Plan, which will have one section designated for a senior residence and another for a residential complex. The part designated for the senior residence will occupy the southern area of the plot, covering an area of 1,994 m² with direct access to the public road.
The contracted scope includes the audit and value engineering of the project, the supervision and control of the achievement of cost, time, and quality objectives set during construction, as well as the comprehensive management of the project during its execution phase until its opening.
