Ingenor Group ethics channel

At the Ingenor Group (Ingeniería y Consultoría del Norte, S.L., Ingenor Iberia, S.L. and Ingenor México) we promote a culture of ethics, transparency and compliance. This channel allows you to report, confidentially and, if you wish, anonymously, any possible irregularities you have become aware of in a work or professional context, in accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and on the fight against corruption.

What can be reported?

  • Breaches of European Union law in the areas covered by Law 2/2023.
  • Acts or omissions that may constitute a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative offence.
  • Breaches of the Group’s code of ethics or internal policies.

It may be used by employees and former employees, candidates, interns, suppliers, clients, partners and anyone who has had a professional relationship with the Group.

Guarantees

  • Confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the persons concerned and the facts reported.
  • Anonymity: you do not have to identify yourself.
  • No retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
  • Acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum of 7 calendar days and a response within a maximum of 3 months, if you provide contact details.
  • Respect for the presumption of innocence and the right of defence of the persons concerned.

Other channels

If you prefer, you can request a face-to-face meeting with the System Manager by indicating so in this form. You may also contact the Spanish Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers (A.A.I.) or the competent regional authorities.

Data protection

Data controller: Ingeniería y Consultoría del Norte, S.L. (Tax ID B86674405), on its own behalf and on behalf of the Group companies. Purpose: to manage the reports received and, where appropriate, investigate the facts. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR and Law 2/2023). The data will only be accessible to the System Manager and, where necessary, to the authorised persons provided for in Article 32 of Law 2/2023. The identity of the reporting person will not be disclosed to the persons concerned. If no investigation is opened, the data will be deleted within 3 months. You can exercise your rights as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you would like to receive an acknowledgement, follow-up information or request a face-to-face meeting, please provide contact details. If you leave them blank, your report will be anonymous and we will not be able to reply.
