The new medical center is located on Juan Carlos I Avenue in Murcia and includes the following areas: Dental, Medical Center, Physiotherapy, Imaging Diagnostics, Minor Ambulatory Surgery, Oncology area, and technical zone. Altogether, it is a medical center with a built area of 2,000 m².

The contracted scope includes the audit and value engineering of the project, the supervision and control of the achievement of cost, time, and quality objectives set during construction, as well as the comprehensive management of the project during its execution phase until its opening.
