National Bank of Public Works and Services, S.N.C. (Banobras), has made available to the IMSS a firm long-term loan for financing a Public-Private Partnership contract for the design and construction, equipment, operation, and maintenance.

The hospital will feature an External Consultation Unit with 40 offices of various specialties, including medical-surgical. Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project.

The contracted scope includes the preparation of a financial technical study which involved a comprehensive review of the project, technical feasibility analysis, evaluation of contractual conditions, economic evaluation, and investment risk analysis.
