National Bank of Public Works and Services, S.N.C. (Banobras), has provided IMSS with a firm long-term loan for financing a Public-Private Partnership contract for the design and construction, equipment, operation, and maintenance.

The second-level Regional Hospital will have 260 beds and will be located in the state of Nuevo León.

The scope of the services provided includes comprehensive project management during the construction phase, detection of investment risks, monitoring of construction progress and initial planning, financing, quality control, and risk analysis.
