National Bank of Public Works and Services, S.N.C. (Banobras), has provided IMSS with a firm long-term loan for financing a Public-Private Partnership contract for the design and construction, equipment, operation, and maintenance.

The second-level Regional Hospital will have 260 beds and 38 specialties. The project will meet the LEED v4 for Healthcare certification requirements.

The contracted scope includes the preparation of a financial technical study which involved a comprehensive review of the project, technical feasibility analysis, evaluation of contractual conditions, economic evaluation, and investment risk analysis.
