Alvar is a private community with spectacular sea views consisting of 7 buildings divided into two low-rise towers, with one, two, or three levels, featuring apartments with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 1 or 2 penthouses per tower. The spacious units start at 294 m² and include designs with large terraces and common areas ideal for socializing.

The design includes the comprehensive drafting of architectural and MEP projects for the building, from the conceptual stage to detailed executive projects.
