KARISMA Hotels is developing a new hotel complex in Riviera Maya. The project, located in one of Mexico’s most exclusive tourist areas, will feature over 350 rooms in a luxury beachfront complex, including a wide range of amenities, 9 themed bars and restaurants, business areas, and operational systems suited to such a development.
The new hotel will cover more than 45,000 m² of built area on a 60,000 m² site, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally respectful design and operation with the application of the latest technologies in engineering control and management.
The contracted scope includes preliminary project auditing, contract management, management strategy, and comprehensive project management during its execution phase up to its opening.
