Project & Construction Management of a new automotive production plant in Kunshan, China.

The warehouse is dedicated manufacturing and assembly different parts in the automotive sector, mainly plastic injection parts.

INGENOR has carried out the site supervision of the project and the management of the cost, schedule and quality objectives of the project as well as an initial technical due diligence and Value Engineering.
