MULTIVA bank acting as agent bank in the syndicate of banks, requires the services of an independent engineer to monitor the construction process and installation of the new Urban Lighting System for Torreón, Coah. Mexico.

The contract began with a Due Diligence to detect possible risks of the project, as well as support during the construction phase and permanent monitoring of the quality of service provided during the operational phase of the Project.
