The Lazkao Center has a capacity for 108 people in double and single rooms with private bathrooms, as well as a Day Center with a capacity for 20 people. The total built area is 6,100 m².
The contracted scope includes supervision and control during the project phase, management and monitoring of cost, time, and quality objectives set for the construction phase, audit and value engineering, and an energy feasibility study.
