INGENOR has developed the MEP engineering projects for the residential complex and oversees the engineering supervision for the residential complex located 5 minutes from the center of Punta Mita, in the state of Nayarit.

The development features 48 apartments in 5 different typologies with an ocean view concept. As for amenities, UAVI includes a swimming pool, spa, sports courts, beach club, children’s area, golf course, and direct beach access.
