Located in Baja California Sur, 1.5 kilometers from the Pacific coast, the project is organized around a large central garden that connects the common areas, rooms, and services. Most of the program is housed in compact volumes arranged around the garden, forming a perimeter “wall” that creates a strong duality between the interior of the complex and the Baja California desert. The project includes a total of 50 rooms, 38 of which are organized into two-story bars, each measuring 30 square meters.
