The client is developing a new distribution center (CEDIS) in Saltillo, Coahuila, to serve both the northern Mexico market and the southern United States.

Ingenor has been responsible for the complete development of the project, including architectural, civil, structural, drainage, hydraulic, HVAC, electrical, and special installations design, as well as REVIT modeling and coordination with consultants. Additionally, Ingenor has managed pre-construction services, construction supervision, and project closure.
