The client is developing an 11.5-hectare distribution center (CEDIS) in Apodaca, Nuevo León, to cover the northern Mexico market and the southern United States.

Ingenor has been responsible for the entire project, including architectural, civil, structural, drainage, hydraulic, HVAC, electrical, and special installations design, as well as REVIT modeling and coordination with consultants. Additionally, we have managed pre-construction services, construction supervision, and project closure.
