The project consists of two towers “Torre Marea 1” and “Torre Marea 2” and an amenities building and residential Signature Phase 1, 2 and 3.

Both Towers are formed by 21 levels with a 10 typology of apartments in each unit.

The scope of Ingenor corresponds to the MEP Engineering Design.
