On a 1,564 m² plot, the proposal develops a building of approximately 2,000 m² distributed over 2 floors (ground and first floors). The entire building is configured as a solid parallelepiped, a volume that is embedded in the new urban layout of the plaza and opens up to a large landscaped recreational area that will be shared with the future public facility planned for the area.
The building presents itself externally with a closed, opaque facade, featuring large window openings that allow for the illumination of the main spaces. Inside, two fully glazed courtyards provide lighting for the waiting areas.
The scope of services provided includes the basic and execution project, the health and safety study, and the construction management.
