INGENOR has developed the new Casa Mitos Tower in Mérida, Yucatán.

The complex includes a tower with a total of 120 residential units. Additionally, it features a podium with parking spaces and common areas. Amenities include multipurpose rooms, a business center, a playroom, a leisure room, a cafeteria, a gym, and a swimming pool, among others.

The architectural project was developed with LOD 350 following the BIM methodology in Revit.
