The new Hotel is located in Mazatlan, Sinaloa. The project is a front beach development and consists on an 18 level tower of 30,000m2 of constructed area.

In this project, Ingenor has proposed a set of innovative ideas associated with energy efficiency that has enabled the operator to obtain significant benefits in the operational phase.
