The new development, named Casa Blake-Costa Palmas, includes two adjacent buildings (with over 24,000 m² of constructed space) on a plot next to the marina of over 14,000 m², featuring a total of 232 residential units, as well as a bar, restaurant, swimming pools, various amenities, and additional services required for the operation of the development. The project also includes an internal parking garage for 38 units at the BOH level.
